This site for an affordable housing complex is strategically located in Houston’s Second Ward, near the local metro station and within a community that embraces and celebrates art. The concept of connectivity through points of social convergence emerged, utilizing inspiration from traditional wood joinery to organize each modular apartment unit, in addition to the public spaces.
